Trying to learn (rockwool to soil clones)

I need help understanding what my problem is. Clones from rockwool cubes into Soil. They look terrible after 3 days. They are In a soil perlite mix. good drainage.

What is going on. Any help would be appreciated

u should have left them in the rock wool and planted them in the soil the root would have just grown out next time use rapid rooter plugs they work better
 
Umm they look like my clones if I didnt use a humidity dome before they rooted.

Basicly, they look like dying unrooted clones.
 
The clones were well rooted. In fact I just purchased them Saturday. Also they were left in rockwool cubes

what sort of lighting do you have them under? and by well rooted, do you mean the roots were protruding from the rockwool? also, was the plastic removed from the sides of the rockwool cubes?
 
regular potting soil. I purchased some COCO and some Fox farm yesterday. Bhe cloes dont look any worse or any better.
