I think everyone is missing something. nature is the best always will, imo. But we are talking six months here. sometimes a plant might not see water for 10 15 days out side so if the ph is off. it has time to recup before it gets it next dose. inside if you f-up you usally do it more than once till you really see a prob. If you where to grow a plant outside and fk'd with it everyday prolly have some probs till you got it right. But inside you can grow in half that time. So 6 months of problems compacted into 3months.

Outside isn't the Holy Grail people. You have a fantasy image of how these plants live. For every 1 plant that survive I bet 1000 plants never make it. Seeds get eaten, 100's of seeds fighting for one spot, winds, rain, bad soil, heat, draught, animal damage, etc, etc, etc, etc.

If we did as shitty a job as Mother Nature, we would only get one tiny tasteless crop a year after planting 10,000 seeds and investing in a light that is 100x stronger than ours and eats a TON of electricity and our crop would have a lower and lower THC content every single year because nature selects for survivability, not taste or THC content.

We maybe got a quarter after the buds were dried, and this is off of like 5 plants.

Outside doesn't always mean better or even good."

or maybe your ex had no idea what he was doing! common 1.4 grams per plant is pitiful!!!

If it were that easy we all could save a shit load of money, time and anxiety! It's sad with a site like this that such a myth exist and the site existing at tells you, out or in it is not easy!

there's a lot more variables that the grower can tweak and often they will end up paying too much attention to their plants, to the point of harming them through misdiagnosed health problems and incorrect remedies.

However.... only in certain areas can one "toss a few seeds" and get something beautiful. Your chances are better growing them yourself :)
