We've had the big show, penises have been waved, it's what happens next that is of interest as multiple parties have an interest here and I'm sure the Chinese will be interested in any future shift of influence in the region...

Now try answering what I asked, and do remember the first announcement on Iran was also as vague as to be worthless, the real work started after that.
