Bull shit, we did two pigs this year. Our butcher, who operates out of the local grocery store, charged 50$ a piece on site with another guy, shot, hung, skinned, beheaded, two hours plus drive time. They might have made 25$ an hour.

What you are describing sounds more like an illegal poaching and butchering operation, run by a handful of worthless redneck tweekers from your trailer park.
