Hillarity indeed...Heisen got BURNED by true north...now they are a recomend ?

A hard pass by the way...if your seeds dont germ true north does not give 2 fucks...i had to get ACE seeds involved before they would say oh we never said we wouldnt...and i had the email to send back and say you stated EXACTLY that..

They can shove their pucks up their ass...get your seeds from better places.

But WOW....

I also had a fat pack of World of Seeds Pakistan Valley..0 for 12 germination...and i grow a bit of cannabis...i dont have many germ problems :D

I would buy from JOTI or 7 east all day before i would take a freebee from True North.

I have a developing issue with them, pack stuck months in Chicago, when I email them get official sounding wooden reply to submit info to postal services in both countries and no real reply or advice. Sort of like a customer service robotic message. Guaranteed shipping and everything else cost an arm and a leg. Going to need some real talk soon and not a company line. Will update when / if handled verdict still out.

Chicago ISC is the Bermuda Triangle for international cannabis seed orders.

I had an order go M.I.A. thru Chicago and TNSB said i could reference that order on my next order for a discount. Sucked too cuz i really wanted that Black Domina...everything ive grown from them to date was really good genes. Idk they treated me ok for years so im neutral to luke warm on them. Sorry ur exp. was shite.

Yep I’m totally aware of it. But if you offer guaranteed shipping and you know it might go there then be prepared to deal with it. I hope they do but response so far and other posts here aren’t encouraging.

Did it ever move out of customs or just sit there? Going in months…..

The only company I've had honor a shipment lost to Chicago ISC was Attitude, I emailed them once it had been sitting there for a month and they shipped out a replacement order right away, but hopefully True North will honor their guarantee at some point. I'd ask them how long it needs to show as stuck in Chicago before they will honor the guarantee.

Funny how reviews have been back and forth with tnsb over the years. I purchased some beans i couldnt find anywhere else from them around 4 yrs ago without any issues. They all germed and grew fine.
What does heisen have to do with anything, and who cares?

Well then I'm glad my order from Omuerta came thru. Sad thing is, I'm only 60 miles or so from them right across the border, and it got shipped to Chicago to clear, then all the way back across Michigan.
So glad it didn't fall into the Chicago Triangle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update. They waited awhile to ensure it was lost in transit then reshipped full order no questions asked because guaranteed shipping was included in the order. Second time came through perfect. Overall good results even if the shipping snafu took time to work out(not their fault). Thank you for the professionalism.
