Trouble keeping R.H consistent day\night

Ok so I have a AC infinity inline T6 fan. I have it set on auto for 80° F and 55%.my fan is running most of the day to keep the temps down, so it’s bringing the R.H down in the low 40s high 30s. I can bring the R.H back up to 55% at night but heard swings in rh can cause problems like p.m. What do you guys think I should set the R.H too? I lowered it to 50% but still feel that’s a big swing. Thanks

Work on keeping the rh at 55 with lights on. A bucket of water and a rag can assist with this.
this was in my tent u til my plants were big enough to raise the humidity with their presence. The rag is sitting in the water & at the same time draping over the rim + dripping into a tray. Bumps me up like 8-12% rh.
these are the only 2 pics I have showing too and bottom of the bucket. The bucket is also sitting on a plant raiser since that base is smaller. More room in the tray for water. 675E4A37-8771-45F8-934F-A99A653DEDE7.jpegA49D1684-2C76-4713-936C-55648E78897F.jpeg

If you need the fan pulling that much heat.. can you reduce interior heat at all? Remove led drivers? Is your intake powered? Have a humidifier to run in the room the tent is in?
Yea I need to get the drivers outside the tent. I’m moving my tent after this run that’s why I just left it.but when it’s in its new spot I’ll deff pull the drivers out. And I think the R.His just low in the room. I used the auto setting to let humidity build up. I’ll just raise the humidity it sucks I have well water so I can’t use my humidifier. It gets white residue everywhere. I’ll try the bucket and towel method thanks

If you're running leds you can get away with higher temps. I have my ac infinity set to kick on at 87 F. Keeps the fan from running all the time.
Raising the temps when they already have issues keeping humidity up is kind of working backwards tho now that I’ve thought about it. Higher temps will call for even higher RH to balance the transpiration rate of the plants at a decent level.

Yea I ended up opening my window in the room and got the temps down to a consistent 79°F and R.H 60%. It’s not perfect but it’s definitely better. Thanks for the info I appreciate it.
