Hello, could you help me, try to controll Led driver HLG 600h , try to speak with support trollmaster , they said it has to work, but it didn't. When it plugged it's a dimmed, but hydro x not control the driver. My chain is hydro x line 1 to lma14 to minijack pigtail to driver. May be I have to do something with another wires rc+- 5v? When it plugged Lma 14 got really hot by the way

@JrCaps or anyone I’ve been stsring at trolmaster and connections for a day I want to hook up but don’t understand if I can run dimmer from one light to another light and then so forth until last light and then hook that in the Lima-14 combo and that would be like dimming in series if this sounds stupid idk I need these hooked up and someone to help if they. Know thanks or do I just

Does anyone know if the AB model meanwell driver works with the Hydro X ? I have the correct adapters but it’s not dimming to proper % and also won’t turn off on the timer

What LMA are you using? I think it's the LMA-14 adapter for 0-10 volt dimming. You may have to change the lighting "Mode" in the HCS-1 as it's default is "HPS"

LMA 14 adapter and I already set it to LED
I don't have my hands on one but what are the other settings for the mode? Is one PWM? If so try that. I don't remember the options available. If I remember right, on the controller its on the top of the menu after you select the lighting LINE 1 or LINE 2.

I’ll have to check tomorrow. Are you talking about the last screen where you put light % and time ?

I’m trying to hook up 4-5 lights with the ECS 2 adapter connected to the LMA 14.

Some of the meanwell drivers, especially lower than 320w, only have 1-10V dimming and wont go all the way to off. Dont know how this works with pwm but i guess the same

I have the 320w model it doesn’t dim all the way off with the knob it came with. On the ballast it says model B but then there’s a label slapped on that says AB.

What is pwm ?
"Pulse width modulation (PWM), or pulse-duration modulation (PDM), is a method of reducing the average power delivered by an electrical signal, by effectively chopping it up into discrete parts. The average value of voltage (and current) fed to the load is controlled by turning the switch between supply and load on and off at a fast rate. The longer the switch is on compared to the off periods, the higher the total power supplied to the load. "

Ok so you might be right. But what would I do now ?
The original post from @Greengenes707 in this thread stated that the only 320 that will dim to off is the constant current version:

You need to have drivers capable of dimming to completely to off.
Such as Meanwell...
-HLG320h-cXXXX
-HLG480h-cXXXX
-HLG480h-XX
-HLG600h-XX
If running a constant voltage drivers, you need the 480 or >
