Trimming leaves

so I’ve been debating on trimming my plants a little or just letting them go so should I trim all the big leaves to expose the buds?

I typically don't trim anything but the extreme bottom to keep the air moving. I like as many leaves drawing as much energy as possible.

You'll get more *total* yield if you leave all the larf, so it's a trade off.
I'm not fond of trimming huge plants with tons of larf so I lollipop main branches.

And if you grow outside, it's a good idea to keep the center as open as possible. It's where the badness usually starts...

I believe he's talking about defoliation not lolloping.
