First this comes from a Chinese led user with likely bullshit genetics, so bud quality has outweighed bud size. With that said, I found my mainly sativa buds like little Christmas trees, easy to get inside to trim sugar leaves. These diluted WW genes yielded a ton of sugar leaves and not much flower. Say they don't fatten up in 7 days, is it typical to trim the sugar leaves "level" with the flower profile?

Yes that is what I do but I trim after they have dried for 6-7 days

Thanks I think that'll be my strategy. I see new growth pushing out and 60/40 cloudy clear so I'm holding out

Indica buds are a walk in the park to trim compared to sativas lol

With the right silica source and some tweezers it don't matter.. Or just spray it with gum remover and tap against a window
