Trimming During Veg

Do you trim your plant during veg? I have heard arguments both for and against.

My plants are getting pretty bushy and some lower leaves aren't getting much light if any.

I have been cleaning up the bottom of my plant by cutting the leaves and nodes at the very base that dont recieve much light. And also have been taking off some big fan leaves in the center of the plant to clear up some room for more tops to pop up.

it depends alot on the light and how dense your growing, if the plants are well spread out and your using a large light 600-1000 watt you shouldnt need alot of trimming. if your scrogging or doing some hardcore lsting or if your using less than a 600 watt hps then you may very well need to trim. otherwise enough light will be blocked that your lower branches will dry up and die naturally.

That is very unsafe! Facebook has massive security issues... and now I assume this site does.

That is another question I was going to ask is how do you prefer to trim? Trim the top leaves to the bottom leaves get light? Or trim the bottom leaves that arent getting light?

Depends on preference. There are people that thin out the plant so the whole plant gets light and those that only want top colas.

LEAVE YOUR LEAVES ALONE IF THEY ARENT GETTING LIGHT THEY WILL START TO DIE THEN YOU CAN TUGG THEM OFF...... if you cant tugg them off leave them
