trichs turning amber when drying

so i have a plant thats been hanging 4 days and it shrunk like crazy but its covered in crystals and stinks and it is glowing gold it looks like all the crystals turned amber when drying is this normal for trichs/crystals to turn dark when drying ?

i asked much the same question after my 1st harvest, never got a good answer
so i've been watching my buds as they dry cure, simple answer is they don't seem to change too much, BUT
it may depend on the strain, i had a nl#5 that had the crystals turn golden, not amber
some strains may show more change than others, i'd be surprised if you got a lot of amber, but for a given plant, anything could be possible

Degredation of thc in to other canibinoids. Happens naturally but speeds up when the plant is cut down. Even air and light will react with the trichs when drying and cause them to still process chemical reactions. Only true test as to wether it was good in your situation is to smoke that bud!lol!
