I got me a glass to look at my girl to see if she was ready to harvest. before I got the glass I had left her in complete darkness for a week thinking that she would be ready in a week. After looking at the trichones I noticed about 50/50 clear to cloudy. Now I thinking I need to turn the lights back on for about a week more. Does light help the tri to mature from clear to cloudy to amber? Will turn the light back to 12/12 have any adverse effect on my girl.

Always think of how nature is and nature doesn't turn off the lights at all. There's so much b.s. in marijuana grow forums from people that are clueless it isn't funny. Read but don't believe 95% of what you read on these forums. I'm not exagerating There's some very knowledgeable people like Uncle Ben and others that will give out accurate and scientifically verified information. Btw any shock to the plants can cause them to hermie like too much fertilizer, lights on during sleep or off during daylight. Go read please and never ever turn off the lights while the plants are growing. Not one day not a week. Mother nature knows what's best.
