i would give it another 2 weeks the recomended flowering time for chrystal is 8-9 weeks thoughs trichs look all clear to me it depends on how many amber trics you like on your harvest

ok cool ill wait another week I haven't watered in a couple days and last time I did was plain water with some molasses, so next water will be start of complete flush and that should bring me right about time to harvest.. i was just wondering cuz i do have some ambers, some are really dark up top, i guess i was looking for how fast they come on after the first few turn dark. Thanks fellas, all and all how are they looking, i ran into a lot of problems & this is my first official harvest. what do you think about them is it a real weak yield? the largest is only about the size of a lighter. but ive herd they really swell in the last 2 weeks,or did my mistakes really make my overall suffer?

I love her smell how about you? and shes topped not much experience here but it seems like she likes it, all the buds are equally the samethe one topped pic is her as well as the pointed cola pic with the red hairs. she had a bad cal mag problem, i learned that she needs alot of that the hard way.

Look at the trichomes on the swollen calyxes of the bud. The trichomes form on the leaves first and therefor they rippen first.
i hardly even see any amber trichs... have in mind most growers recommend 50/50 cloudy/amber.
They are only 6 weeks old, most strains need at least 8. i have no knowledge of the strains you are growing so cant say tho.

Hey usmcFireFighter; I would pull them now because your dry process will be a couple of weeks including the curing and the Trichomes will still mature during this process. Or wait longer and get the couch lock set in.

im confused im on day 45.. from the day i shut the lights off for 48 hrs darkness, to turn them back on at 12/12. it has been 45 days, i have alot of cloudy and clear trics, and I have alot of amber to really dark amber trics. im confused on what to do and when to go 48 darkness again to finish them off i have to know 2 days ahead so i can go lights out.

By the looks of those pics you don't have many large heads on your glands. My Chrystal had huge heads. Maybe wind damage from fan? Either way I see a lot of clear, I may be wrong being it's hard to see, but ignore amber and just chop when mostly cloudy. Amber means 50-90% degraded THC, Cloudy is peak THC and clear to partially clear is zero to partial THC. Amber is only needed to improve certain benefits for medical effects, if you are looking to just "get high" cloudy is where it's at. The myth of clear(heady high) amber(body high) is about that, myth. Those characteristics are mostly strain dependent.
And go by bud trichs, not leaves.

Well said! If you want a certain type of high then choose a strain which gives you that effect and grow it until as close to 100% cloudy trics as possible.
