so i want to grow some auto's but it seems all my good grow spots are full with plants i plan on vegging. so i was thinking, what if i spray panted my gallon soda bottles, cut the tops off then screwed them to a tree 10 or so feet up and cut holes in the bottom for water to escape :-?. You think it could work if i planted some autos on trees? No deer, no rabbits or rodents, and good sunlight, have any of you ever tried this method or will my plants get devoured somehow by ants and insects for placing them on a tree, similar to this > TourBirdhouseTreeDucks.JPG

except imagine it being a 1 gallon pot.

HAS ANYONE ATTEMPTED THIS?

Just watch out for bugs. Check out the tree before you do anything with it. Check it for all types of bugs and see what your getting yourself into before you commit. Try growing another type of plant and see if the bugs go wild on it, then you wont have wasted a good plant.
