Traveling Next Week!

Hey guys so im traveling to USA next week, i just bought a glass pipe and a grinder in Spain and have never use it.. Im a little paranoid to take them with me to USA, because if security search my baggage they will see those 2 things, what do you guys recomend me?? is it ilegal to have them?
