Go to the site, look for the where it says "Chemicals of a Specific Plant" and type in Cannabis sativa. Pretty straightforward. Maybe I was hoping you would fuck around with the site. Pretty invaluable in my opinion. I use it to analyze for vegan ferts. :peace:

OP, use the male to pollinate the females if you'd like some seeds to grow but seeing as your growing for your mom, just compost that male and forget about it. I'm sorry you're getting such horrible advice for such a serious question.
 
OP is trying to help their mom deal with cancer and you people are telling them to have their mom smoke pollen to "catch a buzz"

Male pollen is not going to have any medicinal value for your mother OP. You will waste your time and most likely make your mom feel like shit. The little amount of THC in a male is not worth your trouble, maybe it is for a teenager jonesing for a high and a mean headache but definetly not going to do your mom any good.

well if you put it that way ya get clones or seeds times awaisting shure need to do that then.. also look into juicing mmj as a plant male would work had a friends dad die 3 or so months ago of lung cancer the juicing helped alot but it was to late he cought the cancer to late but if its time you need then get to growing and juice it for realz low alkaline vegitalble and wheat grass and mmj even the male has terpines.. dont throw it away
and in that case yes i didnt know it was cancer totaly agee with misleading on my half hear is something better sorry fellas you put me in my place!!!!!!!

My brother does this with my trimmings, never tried it with a male though.

Sorry, I went overboard. If you go to the start page, the top bunch of links says Plant Searches. The last one "List of Chemicals and Activities of Plants" is the one I used.

There you can enter the common or scientific name [Genus:species], lots of stuff found in Cannabis, remember at least 68 other cannibinoids have at least been found.

Think about a plant that has evolved dioeciously, the male is not throw-away in all cases. I have grown out hundreds of males over the years, some were made into oil and butter, some got you higher than others, just like females.

Now I only fuck around with Fem's, but I get some male characteristics every once in awhile and make more beans :peace:
 
Thank you everyone for your tips and advice! It sounds like the best thing to do is trash them. I don't want them messing up anything that will really help my mom. She's not looking for the high, but it sounds like if she were there are some creative ways to make use of them :D I just wanted to see if there was any medicinal value in the males but I see they're not needed and I should trash them.

I don't know what your mom has, but if it's CBD she's looking for, than I'm proud to say people in my country have developed a strain with high CBD and low (1%) THC..
