Transplanting

Hi guys,

Just wondering when is best to transplant really. I have transplanted before but not using the same stuff. On this grow I am using 0.2L plastic cups to start with. How big should I let them get before transplanting?

i just watch the root system and when i feel like it is time to give them more room I do. haha.
