Transplanting Questions

So I have a couple seedlings (grown from seed) in one of those mini jiffy greenhouses. The taproots are definitely through the bottom of the pellets and I was wondering if I should transplant them right away or wait for some lateral roots to show.

Also should I transplant them straight into their final medium or into a slightly bigger pot first, are there any benefits to either choice?

transplant now into 6" pots, imo

definitely time to transplant

I transplant from solo cups to 1 or 2 gallon pots then right into 5 gallon pots or a 10 gallon tote. That's just me though I only like to transplant twice cause i lst.
