Transplanting mid flower

Figured as much, how about start of flower just showing hairs bunched up?

You want to transplant before you flower. You could probably get away with it right at the beginning of flower but probably not a good idea mid flower. Why do you need to transplant? Root growth slows down during flowering. You don't want to disturb the roots at that stage. If you're growing in standard nursery pots you can cut the bottom out and put it into a bigger pot with soil.
