First of all, use a 10-12 incher, minimum!! Next, wen you transplant, make sure to get as much as the root ball as ya can, then add the new soil around it. Do yer flush fer a good watering right after, and make sure to use B-1

so the 8 incher won't work??? cause i'm not really going for super big on the plants i figure i will let them both get about 8" themselves and send to flowering ( of course i know they still grow a lil in flowering did a lil research lol) and also what is B-1 and where can i get it..

PS. are there any forums you recommend i read on transplanting and any other things cause i have looked through your Grow Journal and your mad good at this.. mad props Where the hell am I

TY fer the compliments. I honestly think that the pots shud be 10-12". If you did not put gravel or n-e thing @ the bottom of yer pots, then its gonna be kinda difficult, but I always forget to, so, here's wat ya do:
Take a long painters spatula (new), and run it all along the inside circumference of yer pot. Gently start tapping each pot on the floor, you shud quickly see loosening of the soil on top. After about 5 firm taps, put yer hand on top of the soil w/yer fingers around yer plant, turn it all upside down, tap the bottom and yer ball shud come right out! Take the pots that you have already filled 1/3 of the way full w/yer organic growers mix (:bigjoint:), put yer girl in there, fill around w/soil til you have about an inch-2" of no soil, but yer plant is completely in there. Now take yer water, w/B-1 (and superthrive, no nutes), and water thoroughly! B-1 is found @ HD, or n-e where w/a garden center!

I've transplanted twice now, and even accidentally pulled off a few roots, and my plant has been fine both times. And this is my first grow.

Just make sure you get as many of the roots out intact as possible and just plop 'er in the pot. I also watered mine and kept the light on for a little longer so it could have a chance to re-root itself.

Good luck.
