transplant?

Just watered earlier this morning by mistake. Wondering if it's still safe to transplant tonight or if I should wait. Any help? I've never read that I couldn't just wanted other opinions. Thanks

Many and me have be caught by this, if under a month old ...go for it, if older than, .. wait 2-3 days, once done water well in, their is some vitamin "B" juice in grow shops to prevent transplanting shock, should you need it, can't remember the name of hand

She (hopefully) is right at a month old. I'll just wait a couple days for peace of mind. thanks. Better safe than pregnant is what I always say
