Transplant to soil help

So my plant has gotten really dank really fast and my small carbon filter just can't keep up. I have a good full sun place to put it outside but I'm not sure of the best way to transplant it without causing too much root shock. It's a short rider autoflowering so I really don't wanna take any grow time away that I don't have to. What's the best way to put it out, as far as arranging its roots in the soil and all that?

best bet is to leave it in the pot that its in. autoflower plants don't like to be messed with especially transplanting it. sit it pot and all and let her ride.. they like a lot of sun. like 18-20 hrs if possible ..
