Transplant in flower

guys,
I have a ssh and a ww that has been in 12/12 for 5 weeks.
they are in four gallon pots and the ssh is having to be watered every two days and the widow every four.

Can i transplant them into seven gallon pots without harm.

I need to do something. Four or five more weeks of this and i know i am going to be let them dry out.

i don't think they put on any more substantial roots after about three weeks into flower ..besides you don't want that kind of stress on your plants wile there in flower...rob

I kind of figured that. it just sucks to have to rush home before lights out to water.
