don't transplant until it's root system has spread through a good portion of the dirt in the container. not until it's on it's 3rd or 4th real set of leaves at least. there's grow-off competitions where people do the entire life-cycle of the plant in those cups but you probably don't want to that. just keep it healthy for another week or two and it will be ready to move.

well when you do, get something with a cooler color temperature. that's way too orange to veg well with, get an LED or CFL with a kelvin rating (K) of at least 6000 so it has enough blue spectrum to prevent stretching during veg.

I'd go do that right now, ASAP. You can't grow plants with incandescent light. White light is rated according to Kelvin, which denotes it's color temperature. 2000-3000k is an orangeish hue that is best for flowering, budding plants. When your plants are in veg state they mainly use blue light, which is found in the 5000-6000k range on up, I've seen as high as 20,000k. Go get a LED or CFL replacement bulb at whatever the appropriate wattage is or else your plants will be falling over by tommorow, probably.

I can't emphasize what the guys above said enough. Go get an LED or CFL ASAP. 35w should do for now. Keep between 2-4 inches away!

the light i posted above is led im pretty sure its a bike light

yeah that's going to do a bit better. i was looking at some generic spotlight 50w COB LEDs yesterday, the same as vehicle-mounted ones. they work. A lot better than incandescent.
