The autos start off quite slow as they are putting down a root system. Your plant doesnt look quite right though, I can see the new growth is a yellower green. Just incase you werent sure, you dont need to add nutes for the first 2-4weeks when growing in soil.

i didnt start giving it nutes till about 5 days ago as for sunlight they get roughly 5 to 8 hrs a day, the suns been stubborn here i was wondering if i should get a growlight to make up for the sun its lost. i loosend up the soil today but yes i think i'm being paranoid with watering . i checked the moister meter and is says wet so i'm gotta let it dry for a few days. i will take action to all the advice u guys gave me and as for the pots should i put them in smaller ones or leave them be? but i'll keep u guys updated and thanks alot for the help
fell free to pm me with anyother ideas

Yea man u shud only water every couple days. Even if it looks dry on top the soil is still moist underneath. Dont drown your plants.

Wheezer's got it pegged. You may want to try out some new genetics, it's early enough in the season to still have a nice grow. I'd hit up attitude or nirvana personally.

Also the whole watering thing shouldn't be that imperative. Full sun is important, but with 5-8 hours you should be set. Hope you get it straitened out.
