Total cola's in a 4 x 4 under a 600?

Thx for the reply Kerovan. I recently changed my method and was curious how to go about it. I may have been trying for too many cola's with 16 two gallon pots. I was trying for 4 medium sized cola's in each pot for 64 total but that is way too many and some of the cola's weren't getting enough light. One cola per pot may be too few to meet my goal for total weight. Maybe 2 per pot might be the way to go. Thx again

My methods a little different but 2.5x2.5 footprint, i use 2”x2” scrog, 4 plants, shoot for 50+/- tops each plant. Each 1/4 of the screen has 49 holes, my goal is to fill them all then lollipop week 3. Im ok with a bunch of goose eggs
not an exact science, just try to fill that canopy. Lemon lotus day 24? 2 on the right, left side lemon lotus back, goji og front, day 10ish.

I was just counting my colas today in my 2x3....
This is my first grow so take it wih a grain of salt, but with all colas at about the same height, they seem fairly even spaced to fatten up nicely when i spread them out evenly. One plant.

In a 8gal homemade smartpot cause im so cheap ill even DIY that to save a few bucks. Ha. Then put that in a recycling bin for watering. (Free again)
Shes about 3ft tall almost done the stretch in an ikea closet wrapped with reflective film under 150w of cobs.

Im growing under the same theory as you. I would rather have a few big nugs at top where all the light is concentrated.

Looking good, but it's kind of like comparing apples to watermelons. You have a scrog which will yield a high number of smaller buds on a few plants. A sog like the op is trying is one giant bud per plant that should end up at minimum 4 times the size of scrog buds. Yield works out pretty good either way, just different size and number of buds and number of plants.

Im getting good with the old lady watering can, but i still end up spilling a bit. Bluemats look sweet. If i can get them cheap enough or rig a system like that by myself, my lazy ass would be in heaven.

Damn this thread took off lol! Yes, I am looking for big fat cola's. I can only veg for 4 weeks max because I'm running a perpetual. I was trying for 4 big cola's per plant in 16 two gallon pots. I'm just not getting good numbers. My max yield per plant was around an ounce but that was my very best. I mostly average about 3/4 per plant and that is not cutting it for a 600 watt hps.
I should be getting better numbers with a 4 week veg from clone.

you could veg for longer even if your running a perpetual, just make sure you have enough room in your veg room. i plant my seeds sometimes 3 months in advance so i can get 2 months of veg
