Hey guys, WaffleKing here. SO i just recently took two clones, had them in a temp humidity dome that seemed to do the job pretty well, they starting showing roots about a day or two ago so i too kthem out of the dome and out of 24 hour light, put them back on 18/6 and under cfl lights, one is looking really perky and nice and the other is half way there, they seem like they are going to make it but at the same tiem the tops of them are very yellow, like they are dieing, is this normal or did i mess up? and if i did mess up, are they going to be ok? if i loose thes i loose this great strain, its a cross with lemon kush and g-13, (lemon-13) so i really dont want to loose it, i would really appreciate your input rollitup! Thanks Guys!

Could be normal, they are starting to photosyntesize (instead of simply making roots). BUT, I hope they have enough roots to feed themselves....

Are they in soil?
How strong are your lights?

they have been i soil the whole time, root growth is great, the lights are deff strong enough, i just grew two plants with the same lights, one of those ended upp beiing the mother to these two clones.

Is the mother still flowering? This is one reason why i wait to put all cloners into flower, before I see the clones take decently, and to the medium. Worst case scenario, you can reveg the mother after harvest, or take clones in flower now, and with luck all will be well.

The clones that are becoming discolored after putting into soil your giving nutes? They might not require nutes yet. especially if your not using "used" soil, and adding your own nutes.

well its to late now lol but i really didnt ad much i dont think its going to harm them or anything, the roots really only took off growing yesturday and today, with any luck with will start putting some energy into top growth now that the roots have gotten a good hold

Well cloning is the most temperamental phase of these fuckers lives, Sometimes the strain has a lot to do with it too, and its much more of a strain that needs bred to continue, rather than cloned. Although most i deal with even in my very primitive glass of water clone deal, still take. Some plants I can take 20 cuts from, same situation as 20 from another, and the first 20 entirely thrive, and the second 20 dies almost right before my eyes. lol

Hey Waffle if your in miracle grow than I wouldn't use any nutes for quite some time.. They're probably just burnt, but just back off and maybe give them a good flush to mild out the soil..
