Gauging by your gal’s good size and health, if she has some good multiple branch-off nodes, AND if you’re planning to veg for while longer, you could do some manifolding.
Not recommending you go for 8 colas, but reading and understanding that process/article from top to bottom gave me much better understanding and having better control of my plants branch development.

Don't stress. Top wherever you want. Start at the tip if you're worried. But you can decide how many of the side branches you want to turn into mains.

These things are tougher than you realize.
What he said. Trial & Error is going to be you best friend. Some strains will top differently than others too. I have strains where I have to top heavy (really low) on the plant to allow the branches to equalize. If you want to just get those side branches coming out and up to the top then take the very top off, I'd go down a node lower than your line is. I believe personally it deletes more hormone from that dominant branch and allows the lower nodes to excel to the top.
