As you can see in the pictures I am growing two Blue Dream Haze's and one Strawberry Haze from seeds. my room is only a 4x4.5 x 7 under a 600w MH/HPS.
Which technique do you recommend for these plants to get the best yield to quality ratio. I don't want to scrog for my first grow. I am considering Uncle Ben's FIM technique to get 4 Colas, i'm considering topping for 2 colas, or even letting it be for one.

Lollipoping also has caught my attention because I feel in my room with only one light placed above most of the light will be taken from the top of the plants.
What techniques do you recommend for Sativa dominant plants such as these? What is best? 1 Cola, 2 colas, or 4 colas? What gives most yield? What gives the best quality (generally)?

I'm open to any and all suggestions, recommendations, etc. I'm just trying to learn to help my first grow be all that it can be.

And i'm aware my plants in the pictures are slightly bent that seems to be from replanting them too high in their new pots, im hoping they straighten themselves out. And does anyone know why my other Blue Dream (#2) seems to be so far behind compared to my other one? They are the same age.

Thanks everyone, appreciate any input and pictures you can provide.

Id go with uncle bens top/fim method. Works really well and you can do it multiple times. Also id use a pinching tek because youre growing alot of sativa dom plants and they will stretch in flower. Also you can remove alot of the lower small growth and to "mainline" the top buds on each top you make.

My thoughts are to establish 4-6 colas right out of the gate by topping and as the vertical growth reveals node sides on these colas I supercrop. This inhibits stretching a tad as well as fills in the plant. The key in all this is to prepare for training by a trellis in the first 7-10 days of flowering. Continually bend colas under the net trying to spread the plant open as well as level off the canopy. Go gently, and be sure to account for the possibility of adding a second net. Top, pinch, and train removing dead and dying plant material in a slow continuous upkeep.

I couldn't read the first post because it was just a string of vertical letters...what's the deal with that on this Forum. Never saw that anywhere else.

So sativas get tall. Well you could grow vertically and just let them get tall. Othwerise, ya...top the hell out of them. I never had success with FIM. Tried countless times. The 4 cola thing (UBs) is easy and works good.
