Topping and grafting at the same time?

I have 3 strains going at the moment and I was wondering if I should swap tops? Would that be to much stress on the plant at once?

I know how to graft, I know how to top. Maybe I wasn't very clear with my question (it was late and I was super baked). I have 4 plants that I plan on topping. I was wondering if I were to top them, then cut into the main stem and graft the other plants tops on other plants would I still get the 2-4 main tops from the original plant, plus a main cola from the plant I just grafted? Or would the plant still send the hormones up to the main top that was just grafted on? Or would this just be to much stress for the plant?

My first suggestion would be to ask Uncle Ben.

My second suggestion would be in the future, if you want to take a large enough top that would be worth grafting to another plant, instead try air layering and end up with the top, or tops, as additional rooted plants that you could then grow/flower or keep for mothers.

I guess Uncle Ben would be the guy to ask.

My plants are just getting big enough to top, so if grafting tops wasn't a realistic option or if it would only reduce my yield in the end, then I would go ahead and top them now.
