So what started out lookin like a case of root rot I think may have turned into top rot. Noticed sum white fuzzy stuff on one of the top colas, right around where fan leaves used to be before they fell off ( I think). Cut that litlle bit off, but then again I found a little bit on each cola (she was topped), and cut off any nugs that had it on them. My question is, am I fucked and I have to take off the whole top cola or the white fuzz will re-appear, or should it be left alone now and the fuzz wont reappear???help????? also will H2O2 watering help this at all??

Snot mites, is it? They weave where you've described.
Good luck. Never had no tinsel on my buds.

It'(s not) mites, is it? Spider mites weave webs in the place you've described, starting from the bottom of the plant usually. Mites are microscopic plant lice that suck the juices from leaves. Lots of specks on lower/older leaves?
They tend to live on the undersides and can be controlled w/pyrethrum sprays and/or Neems oil.
Unchecked, they will ruin a grow (if you don't like smoking bugs) and they sap plants vigor.
