Top leafs deformation help

Hello guys,
I'm not sure what is going on with this lady, but the top leaves seem to be a different texture kind of like ribbed. They aren't too brittle but they can snap. Everything is perfect. Food, temps, never been stress. The rest of the plant seems happy but I think it has stop growing at those two big fan leaves help.

Have you fed anything? If so, what and when? It almost sounds like the start of mag deficiency. Have you given any micros?

And don't be shy when it comes to the amount of soil mix or the size of your pots.
Nobody likes dealing with headaches. :-(

I'm not sure when to transplant. I was taught that plants inside only need one gallon. So that's wrong

Okay I have some 3 gallon and 5 gallons I Can use. I wanna veg it for about 2 months, or 24 inches tall then flower it. What size would you all recommend, I doubt the plants will reach 5 ft

you should flower the plants when there 1ft high and they will end up 2-3 ft high
repot them into 3 gallon and they will be fine

If you get pot swirl then when you transplant the roots can keep swirling and not grow down into the pot.
