Hey I'm new here and sorry ahead of time for the newbie questions, but here is what I have so far just need suggestions on what would work best
Materials
160 gph water pump,
Tetra Whisper Air Pump 30 to 60 Gallons
2 inch pvc,
1 inch flex tubing,
3, 18gal, tuff1 brand totes,
3 long air stones,
Variety pack of dripper heads.
Ph pen

The plan is to make a system that can be added on to, now I was wondering for this grow I'll be growing just 2 plants, auto blue bliss, and auto power plant, and if the grow goes well ill add on a couple more totes to grow a total of 4 plants and don't plan any time soon going bigger than that, but should I put each plant in its own tote or 2 plants in 1 tote, I've got plenty of space , so I plan on connecting the 3 totes at the base with 2 inch pvc, and sending it out via top feed 1 inch dripper lines, now that seem like more of a undercurrent, or should I have it sent out via 1 inch waterfall, or do I need a bigger pvc for the send out, and T off that line to my top feed,

Nutrients,
I plan on ordering the general hydroponic performance box set, but besides this can any 1 suggest any other nutrients that would be good to have? Or a set of nutrients better than the GH performance set?,

Anyways I hope that made sense, just let me know what you all think, and thanks ahead of time!!!

Don't buy the box set.
Buy a gallon of each CaliMagic and Flora Micro/Gro/Bloom.
Usually cheapest on eBlay buying each Gal individually but sometimes can get deals in all 3.

I actually did just that, I read up on that box set, granted it look cool but the bottles where so small, I couldn't believe that, but I got the micro, bloom, gro, with some a bottle of ph up&down, floralicous plus, and I plan on getting few others to make sure my grow goes well, I'm just studying up to see what else would optimize my grow, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated tho, and as always thank you for the help.

The base trio nutes and CaliMagic is all you need.

I got all 3 base nuts, also got some Cal mag, GH diamond necutar, florsious plus, ph up&down, and the only last 2 I was going to get was a silica, and root hormone, but I do have some super thrive but I'm not 100% if I can use that in my rdwc with the other nutes, and I do thank every 1 for there help, I'm learning the hydriponic nutrients game very slowly...lol thanks again guys
