Top cola mold

My last 2 runs I've been plagued with mold at the stem after harvest. I also didn't have reliable instruments that logged Temps and RH like I do now. So knowing my RH at harvest may have went over 60% at a temp around 60 last run, I made sure this time to get it dialed exactly to that. Harvested a few weeks ago.. going thru taking some testers and decided to take a cola and boom.. mold smoke or whatever when I broke it open.. seems like it had just formed recently only slight discoloration so far.

My question is how do I prevent this.. do I raise temp and lower humidity to 50 or less percent the 1st week or few days of harvest? I'm tired of losing these great colas.

Get more airflow/circulation/fans inside the tent. Try to get rh below 40% the last 2 weeks.

Granted, direct wind on the plants isn't ideal but it's better than moldy weed.
So before harvest is the key.. thanks..I believe I was around 50 55% last two weeks

seems like your probably experiencing humidity spikes that you are unaware of. Just have a Dehum on a controller to keep the RH in check.

sterilize The room before you run it again.

I recently got a pulse pro and over the last few weeks my dry room has been pretty consistent. I set my dehu at 55% this run, last run I may have kept it at 60% and it could have been off.. mold I'm finding is very minor so far just socks throwing quality looking flower away.

There's more to bud rot than simply high humidity, idk what that is but I've got some of the worst humidity you can imagine I've not seen bud rot in years.

The best figure i seen in my last crop was 60%, that was only after doing some defoliating week 8-9

I'm flowering for 85-90 days, my last crop was 90 days with some cracking dense af buds but no rot.

My tent is more like a summer breeze there's only one fan cooling the light and gentle wafting the plants.

Idk the answer but i do know I've high humidity in relative terms without seeing rot.

I often say it's like a rain forest here.
