Top buds not maturing as fast as lower buds

I am 10 weeks into flower with gorilla glue 4. I did a lot of LSTing so that the plant formed more of a Bush and could fit in my 2x2x4’ grow tent. I used a 400w MH for veg and a 400w HPS currently. My colas are growing nice and big but they just aren’t very sugary at all. The lower branches and ‘popcorn buds’ look an amazing lime green and are covered in trichomes. The lower buds also have pretty much had all their pistils darken. But the top nugs are still fulll of white pistils and though they are maturing they are a ways behind the lower nugs in terms of trichome production. Is this normal? Is 10 weeks too long? Should I harvest the nugs that are ready and leave the others for a couple weeks? Nice job.
I'd suggest using at least a 30x loupe to look at your trics. I find that using pistils to determine maturity isn't as accurate as the tric colors.
I shoot for all milky with just a few ambers when I harvest. I have also done staged harvests where I cut the mature colas and let the rest continue until they're ready.

I'd say light leaks/ wrong timer judging by the looks of that mainbud. As well as Probably too much nitrogen.

I think you’re on to something I was worrying about light leaks because my grow tent is next to a window I just assumed it would do it’s job and keep the light out but I keep hearing the smallest bit of light can be bad so. Timer is 12/12. And it prob did get a bit much nitrogen early on

So if I harvest the mature nugs it’s not going to stunt the other ones from maturing for the week or two extra they need?

No, cut the tops off when they're ready and let the lower finish maturing. The plant just keeps going.
