Too Soon to Top/FIM (Pic Included)

SixtyFive here again guys! lol

The tall plant on the left side of the container is referred to Juicy Dreams #2. I can't really tell if it would be tall enough to TOP. Its about 4-6 nodes tall now. I plan on topping it first and then FIM'ing it the rest of the way. Can you guys give me some advice here?

Is it ready to start Topping? Should I top and then FIM or go FIM'ing all the way?

I really appreciate the help guys.

btw, here is my grow journal regard this project :) come by and check it out please.

If it were me, I wouldn't top em, I'd have them so tied down and growing shoots out the side it wouldn't be funny.. they are just the right size for some serious training.

If it were me.. but no, I wouldn't top those at this stage.. but then again I don't top at any stage.

Just thoughts from the peanut gallery.

The one in the big pot you can take the stake off and fi'll up the pot with soil to hold her up. Fill it all the way up to those single blade leaves.

I would fill up with soil to col. leaves and make sure you have fan running on them to get that stem stronger, at all times, take that stick out because you really want it to be able to support it self first, a stick should really be a MUST HAVE thing. i also tap my stem lightly 3 times at-least once a day, it really makes for a nice thick stem. Also idk what lights your running but make sure depending on what your using that your lights are close enough. If you did all this i think you would see much improvement and at that point your plant would be healthier to do a topping or fim. good luck

I am using CFL's. I moved the lights so I could get a good picture. Do you guys think I should go ahead and FIM it? Also, I will go ahead and fill it up with soil :)

i wouldnt fim or top until you get that stem quite a bit thicker and your cfls should be 2 inches away. how many bulbs? what watts?
