Too much foliage... Trimming Question

I have been trimming all the leaves off of mine that are bigger than my hand or close. I'll take 8or10 from each plant, maybe once a week. This is the only way for the light to break through the canopy, and produce more buds lower on the plants. always works for me but i've never not trimmed 'em

this is the way to do it with no or very little stress. :blsmoke::bigjoint:

cuz if thats the case i should make more cuts look at my pics and let me know what u think..the pics r from yesterday and im a week into flowering
