ok, originally i had my intake hooked right up to my air conditioner, so it stayed 70-78 consistently. Well, last night the piece of crap died on me(the air conditioner) and its hot today so its making my temps go up to 82-85. is this too hot for the plant to make it and is there any tricks or techniques anyone can share with me to try to keep those temps down? i have a 6in intake on bottom, and 6in outflow through a filter on top. i also have a desk fan mounted inside.

if your only looking for temporary fix. then freeze some 2-liters or gallon milk jugs and place it in front of your fan.

Peace

85 isnt too high. but as the weather outside gets warmer so will your grow room temps. i would try and take care of the prob now before it gets really hot outside.

yeah thats what i was thinking...i was thinking of getting a spot air conditioner and jus feeding it straight into the room...but they are kinda on the expensive side. Yeah CA summer is kinda worrying me..im hoping im able to control it. I have my off time from 12-6pm so the lights wont add to the heat during the hottest time of the day. Anyways i froze a few 2 liters and put them in front of the intake and now its down to 78, so thats fine until i get my air conditioner working. thanks for the advice.
