28 days veg they are 8 to11in tall now . my tent is 48 in tall.my light hangs 8to10in 250 watt hps air cooled. my pots are 8in tall. do i have the room to bloom them for 50 days i got about 18in to the top of the light i could raise the light about 2in that it. what do i do if they get to tall for the tent ?

Plants will usually grow 2-3 times as big during flower, that can give you a general idea of what to expect.

Bend em and it should solve height issues.
 
LST them. Tie the tops to the side of the pots so the top is horizonal. Other suggestion Bushmaster, very potent though.

search lst, topping, bushmaster. there is a lot of great info on this site.
