If all of the Trichromes have amber or darker and all the hairs have changed. It may be to late. Also, the strength of the smoke goes down as well.
Do us all a favor and don't ever post again! Not helpful. I have looked at the trics and did not want to miss growth in the last days so was worried I might do it to early but now it looks like they are sweeling up and the hairs are dissapearing so what does that mean. The plant can be alive butt fuck and the buds ruined because you wait to long. You must be a fool, well you and that other putz. I have harvested to early before and the trics can be cloudy and the buds not done so HEy Go FuCk YoUr CaT...

Easy there bro. It's always best to wait when growing indoors. Your harvest window for peak potency is at least 2-3 weeks. Don't worry about it. I'm sure your smoke will be just fine.
Well I dont know what to do with my Northern Lights, the buds are big but the hairs are not red at all but the hairs are now receding into the bud and well they look like the calysesee are getting really fat. So not sure when it, if ever would turn amber. Ok.
