To late to top this monster?

I have this one plant that is half as tall as i am and i just put it into 12/12 3 days ago...my question is, is it to late to top it as i fear it is way to big. also i have rooting gel, so will this top be clonable?

Seriously, what are you going to do. topping now will still grow, but cutting back this late will retard plant and ruin harvest.

but it is so tall.
too tall it will only have 14-16 good inches of growth but you will need a extension latter to reach it

....fuck lol i fear this tree is too tall as i dont know if my 400W hps will be able to penitrate all the way to the bottom.
If i put my lamp vertically along side it about half way will it be better then just above it?

Are you running out of vertical room? If so, or maybe even if not, I think that if you can figure out a nice, creative way to flower that beautiful, tall, skinny lady sideways; you could have a harvest of dreams.

Iv topped when floweing and iv never had stunted growth, deformed growth or any of the sort. It does what it normally does in veg but with close internodes than previous growth and will start flowers and eventually stop upward growth. I say go for it. Il say again i have done it several times and not had an issue. The plant has alot of upward growth when flowering and if you top it will just go into that. As long as you dont do it once much more than a few white hairs have formed your good to go.

get some side lighting on it if u can afford. it i grow three plants at a time i have a 600 over each of them and a 400 on the sides of each of them and rotate pots daily. next time do some sort of training to keep them under control. its not the size of the plant its how much bud it has on it. i usually break the main stemwhen young just so it hanging heals within days and keeps it low and bushy any branches that get out of control also get broken to create a nice even canopy so it all gets max light. that equals big buds peace good luck

Ill look into that cause i did think about it. But thought it couldnt be done
