To Late To start LST ?

If anyone knows.
I have a hand me down mother that around is 2 1/2 ft.
Its getting kind of woody so im just going to flower it.
Im just going to go to 12/12 tonight i think.
Whats the deal with lst @ this point.
Any thoughts?

cool. think the same rules apply since its kind of on the big side already?
Pull the top over all the way at first?

dude. LST that girl. I was in the same boat. Same plant height. I lsted her and BAYM. Bud sites multiplied. Week 2 into flowering and now im worried theres too many bud sites.

Pull the top over all the way at first?

theres no set rule. I pulled my top all the way down. I waited a few days then wrapped all stems in a circle after she was less resistant..

the only bad effects that lst has while flowering is that the plant uses its energy to repair and strengthen the stressed stems, and not so much goes on bud production.

then again you can just flower longer.

Well ones Chronic and the others Cinderella 99 .
they are kinda old (2 years? maybe less)
both have been cut many times so they are both like jungles inside.
I had clones from both these strains outdoors this year and the chronic went 3 weeks longer than the cindy did.
I dunno well see what happens.
Im sure Ill have more frenzied questions.lol
