To Flower or Not To Flower?

I need some HELP...I think. Starting yesterday the large fan leaves have been drooping severely. This morning they were up a little bit, but now they're back to looking horrible. I watered nice and heavy over the weekend. Not proud of it, but I have not checked my PH, since I really haven't had any issues up until now. When I water I use tap water, and let it sit out for at least an hour. The top leaves look good, it's just the really large fan leaves. Have only been giving 5-1-1 fertilizer so far. Was planning on starting FF Tiger Bloom this weekend. Please help!

I'm about 2 weeks into flowering

Okay, well I just watered it real good with the Tiger Bloom. Did some research and I believe it is underwatered...I hope. Last time I watered was Saturday. I'm thinking with the way she's been growing, she needs more water. Still would like to hear opinions and advice.

I've never had a plant only partially drooping like that. Usually if it does it, it's most if not all of it. Usually water related. Maybe someone more experienced than I can chime in.

I'd say you definitely want to up your P&K.

As for tap water, from what I understand, letting it sit is only useful if you have chlorine in your water, and a lot of tap water nowadays has chloramine instead, which won't off gas simply by letting it sit out. If you did have chlorine you would want to let it sit for more like a day.

I have heard about plants drooping a bit during stretch, is it constant or wavering? They do look pretty droopy.

And yes, it's very possible she wants more water.

I'm not a soil guy, so I don't know how well that soil/container combo is going to sustain you.

Is it very humid where you are?

It’s been raining a good bit the past couple days. However, this morning she was all perked up. So she was under watered. Yesterday evening I gave her a good watering with the Tiger Bloom and she’s back. Guess with the growth spurt she’s drinking a lot more now. I’ll upload some new pictures tomorrow. She’s getting ready to go to sleep. Thanks again!

Okay, here are some updated pictures of my girl since the other day when she was drooping severely. Thanks!

Looking at the pictures, what would the recommendation for feeding be? With the tips being like they are, should I continue as I am, or less nutes?

Looking great. I mean, you can try upping it a little, see what she likes.

I just fed with some more Tiger Bloom (same dose) plus some Grow Big. The Foxfarm feeding schedule says to use the Grow Big up until week 5 of flowering. I'm waiting the the Big Bloom to get here and I'll start adding some of that. Seeing those bud sites starting to develop is making me impatient. LOL Do you have any grows in process? You grow Hydro?

I have really been giving the coco coir some thought. Do you have any advise for growing in coco? What would I need to get started? Same exact notes as soil?
My advice would be, don't feed real hot, but you can feed everyday. I would stick with 3 gallons indoors, and I like airpots. Not everyone does. Keep the pots off the floor if you can. That's just a pet peeve of mine, I don't like pots straight on the floor, I like them to drain cleanly.

If you want a better idea of what I mean by keeping the pots off the floor I can show you, but basically it involves either cheap flower pot risers you can probably find at Walmart or Lowes for around $4, they come with wheels - and those long, flat rubbermaid containers for storing clothing under your bed (it doesn't have to be Rubbermaid branded, those are $$$). Another option is to build or scrap together something yourself. In my grow thread that I posted above, if you look at the shot of the tent with the autos, you can see on the bottom of the pic that they are sitting on a grate. So I had this grate sitting around, I don't even know what it was, but it's about 12 inches by 30 inches, and I had some old buckets that I cut down to 4 or 5 inch tall pans basically. I drilled a bunch of holes in the bottom of my bucket pans and set them into my long rubbermaid container and set the grate on top of that.

So they sit suspended on the grate and they just drain into my container, and then I vac it up with a $30 wet/dry vac.

The Medical Mass plant that I just harvested was sitting in a plastic plant tray (no holes), on top of something like this, although mine are different and have wheels and I can't actually find this item at a decent price, but it'll give you an idea. plastic-plant-risers-potted-plant-elevators-diameter-plastic-plant-pot-risers.jpg
