To early to FIM??

Wanted to see if this plant is to early to FIM? Its starting its 4th node and is just touching 3 weeks from sprout.

yes, wait a week or so more, let it set atleast one set of leaf´s more if not two, after you FIM it will take it some time to recover and start its grow agin from the top, wile it do that it will shoot up its side shots, want to have a few of them ..

i fim mine (when i do fim) once they have reached roughly 5-6". Ive done it at different stages and found that for me, this way works best. What works for one may not work for you and so on...
