Then there is Biden, whom actually got the job as VP, and he's nothing but a foot-in-the-mouth blowhard who's never worked an honest job in his life.
Come on ... Palin would have been a far better choice than Biden by far.
Do I like Sarah Palin? Yes I do. She's a true conservative in the pre-NeoCon sense, and that's a nice relief for a change.

Uhhh ... Palin has 8 years of Executive experience as Mayor and Governor. Obama had none.
Palin has 2 years of Military experience being in charge of Alaska's National Guard. Obama had none.
She has a diverse background of experience as a professional journalist, city council woman, Mayor, Governor and Mother of 5. Biden rides Amtrak.
During her tenure as Governor, Palin got a lot done and had an incredible record. . She vetoed 300 spending proposals and has an 80% approval rating in Alaska.
In addition, she made the campaign promise to clean up the corrupt politics in Alaska and kept that promise ... even ousting corrupt politicians in her own party. Again ... there is Biden.
Palin knows what she thinks and is very articulate, attractive, passionate, idealistic and courageous. She has shown enormous courage with her oldest son going off to serve in the military and her youngest son having downs syndrome.
Palin should never be underestimated. She defeated the incumbent when she ran for Mayor and she defeated the incumbent Republican Governor in the primary before going on to defeat the Democrat in the general election. ***

Now then, Obama was a community organizer (what ever that means). He was a state senator. He was a U.S. Representative for 40 days before starting his campaign for president.

Do you have any idea how many commuters in Virginia ride Amtrak to work EVERY DAY? It's called the VRE, stupid, and there are THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of people who ride it to and from work EVERY SINGLE DAY. Do you know how long it takes to commute to work on I-95 from NoVA to DC? Of course you don't! But Joe Biden does, which is probably why he takes the fucking VRE instead.

It's 30 miles from Woodbridge to D.C., btw, but the "average" commute takes an hour. The commute HOME is even worse, with Friday "rush hour" traffic beginning around NOON and lasting until about 7pm. Keep in mind, these are the "average" commute times. Ask anyone who commutes from Northern VA to DC and they'll tell you these "averages" are on the low side and don't take into account traffic accidents and road work, which increase delays significantly.

Obama has in large part left Bush's policies in place and expanded the war.
Palin would continue the policies as usual.
The Republicans have two choices:
1. Nominate Ron Paul or
2. Pray, Ron Paul doesn't run third party and split the republican and independant vote.
Thus insuring 4 more years of Obama. (I'm mean, I would do it just to spite them)
The Republicans must build coalitions,
they need the Tea Parties (they largely don't have them)
they need Libertarians and independants to win.
The war and the spending, thats your hot button right now.
