So i was just looking to have a lil fun and see what this quest brings? TISSUE CULTURE , if this make it i will be aquiring two diffrent chemi's to see if i can double the cromosome and double the DNA!!!!!!!!! if i am sucsesfull at the propagation level i will atempt to sterilive a wopman fillter and aply the chemi's to the flask i hear its pritty hard and most will die so lets see how this goes first its all fun and games if im not sucsessfull its okay will give it another shot!!!

im finding this to be a lil more difficult than i wished for.. lolz alot of cleaning and no jeliton... okay the gelling agent needed to be melted to about 250 and 15 lb pressure and i couldnt achive that even bought the best steam cooker i had thought anyways lolz so much for looking pritty.. okay i trouble shooted and found that the agar has to be melted at that spicific temp.. if it doesnt achieve that temp you on the ass out TIP.. so make shure you invest in a lil more resurch my vidoe wasnt conclusive with my chemicals the apearnce has changed and parts arent labled and instructions almost looked as if they were stoned all three refrences for instruction and median are all diffrent from each book one new panflet on new jars new chemicals but not substituded for packets and liquid can confuse the avrage stoner.. let alone a person that cant spell lolz like me.. so i did the research and found the problem lolz day 5 and waiting on new equipment also found new ways and new teqniucks and a cheeper way of doing it.. lolz ill illistrate later. but for now shill waiting... yes its didnt cowagulate or gell up like gelitan..

Are you using the Colchine for genetic manipulation? If U R, it doesn't work. Will cause mutants BUT there is absolutely no change in potency and you'll kill 99 out of 100. The one's that do survive will be drastically stunted. I did extensive research and experimentation into this back in the mid 70's when I first discovered the US Army's research into this. Sounded cool but again, doesn't do doo-doo...

also herd that you have to put it threw a wopman filter to sterilize the solution in a seringe with alcohol havent had time i been bissy but the moment i get some cash i will be buying some things and experimenting for the sake of trial and error i need to become familar with this prosess

i talked to a professor but he charges big bucks and was saying that the vigor in growth and the size changes big time but he also sead i would most likley loose half in the prosses
