Well, I tried to start a tissue culture with some success and some failures.

This is the picture - starting at right test tube : Mold growing on right at 3 weeks, mold at 2 weeks, Jack herer from a stem piece at 3 weeks, La Bamba at 3 weeks and Blueberry at 1 day

Throw the moldy ones away now.

Sorry, that just isn't it. You are managing to keep the wrong sort of explants alive but I don't see any evidence of new growth. BTW, these plants just don't do well in tubes.
