But they are growing shoots, here is the same plant 1 day after culture, 5 days after culture, and 7 days. Sorry the pics are right to left.
 
I dont think anyone doubted they were yours, you've been a member here for nearly 4 years now, it'd be a weird turn to be faking it lol.............. :)

This is not at all true, I posted dozens of pictures of plantlets that grew buds and transplanted buds that grew more buds. What I have failed to show you so far is rooting in vetro and hardening off back to a standard grow. You will see this come fall. Seems that I am not the only one now. My experiments are fine but until another person can duplicate the work it is still all bulshit
 
Budforever, you are not hijacking my thread, but it would be nice if you generaly describe your protocol.

Do you have a link to these. Is it in another thread ? I am new here and missed this. I have yet to see shoots grow out and believe me I have searched.
 
I read this from page 1 and did see some shoots, but I did not see any rooted or flowered. I would love to see it happen though.
 
You will. I have rooted but could not show pics because the roots are obscured by the media. Eventually I will flower in vitro for kicks.
 
this is very interesting i have never heard of it before but will check into it more it intrigues me that you can do such a think but anything is possible i believe (as gay as that sounds) you are a gentlemen and a scholar canndo
 
This is not an ended experiment, I contracted pneumonia and could do nothing but post on this site and sleep for several months. I have the new chambers ready, I have (well I will soon have) access to plenty of raw material - something that was stopping me before I got sick. Thankis itsall.
