What could be causing the tips to turn brown? I have roughly 13" plants in 1 gallon pots. They are about 5 weeks old, maybe even 6. There are no bugs. Other than the newly browning tips they are very healthy. Any ideas fellas?:weed::leaf::weed::leaf:

yup. thats exactly what it is. but dont worry too much, i dont wanna say thats an acceptable amount of nute burn becuase its never good....

it happens.
your recipe, or nutrient mix is just a smidge too strong. or
you fed them too much. or
your drainage is just a bit low. or
your pH varied a little

but you said it yourself, ¨they are very healthy¨, mine do that too, perhaps one shows it and another of the same strain doesnt.

one thing i do when i see that, is if i was watering them every 5 days for example, on the 4th day, ill come in and give them just a little pH´d water, then wait another day or 2 to feed again. that way they get a little less nutrient
guess you could just dilute it more too tho.

I haven't given them anything...they are just now 30 days in the FFOF. It's my understanding I don't do anything for the first 30 days. I just gave them a dose of Bio Thrive Grow today w/ a little Ca/Ma.

Is it possible that they need to be transplanted already?

The cal/mag should help out. If you are planning on transplanting again before you flip, then I would definitely consider it soon!

Its the Fox Farms Ocean Forrest. It has been great for the past 30 days. I just noticed a few brown tips and wasn't sure whether to transplant or apply nutes.
