Hate if not for weed

Hey everyone, i had got my medical card so i figured id put it to good use, currently i have 3 lavender kush, and 1 platinum girl scout cookie strain, under a 200 watt cfl for 2 months and theyll be under a 1000 watt hps for 2 months (if patient enough) ill be trying out my first attempt at a scrog with them during flower.
If anybody has any tips on either strain, whether yield or tips on what the strains prefer, it would be extremely appreciated,
